Frank London's Klezmer Brass All-Stars' Klezmer-Bhangra Extravaganza featuring Deep Singh at 7:30 pm at the Washington DCJCC, 1529 16th Street NW, Washington, DC
Indian and Jewish music collide! Trumpeter Frank London of the Klezmatics joins master percussionist Deep Singh. The concert will explore both the ecstatic and the meditative aspects of Jewish and Indian music, and will feature songs by Malkit Singh and Moyshe Oysher. Songs will be sung in Yiddish, Punjabi, Hebrew, Hindi, and English.

They will be presenting their "Drums Along the Potomac-A Global Go-Go Fantasia" for free from 6 to 7 at the Kennedy Center Millennium Stage. WPFW dj Bobby Hill will lead a post-gig discussion.
